Location:
Leamington Spa, Warwickshire

Salary:
From£24,000 to £28,000 per annum + Benefits
In addition, you will also benefit from private healthcare, 33 days holiday + Bank Holidays

Contract:
Permanent

An experienced Service Advisor required for a very well-established dealership on a Permanent basis as they look to expand their current team.

You will be working with customers on a daily basis with the emphasis on customer satisfaction and providing outstanding customer service.

The Role:

This Vauxhall dealership in Leamington Spa have an exciting opportunity available for an experienced Service Advisor. You will join the team in an exciting, modern dealership within Leamington. The team are well versed in all things Vauxhall and are continuously growing due to demand.

This role provides an exciting opportunity for a Service Advisor to join this dynamic team, as they continue to grow, offering a high level of service to both their loyal and new customer base

Key Responsibilities of the Service Advisor:

Updating customers and vehicle records.
Produce Job Cards on inhouse computer systems.
Communicate estimated costs of repairs and timescales of work to the customer.
Be technically minded with the ability to professionally explain service and repair work.
Liaising with customers and the vehicle technicians to schedule service/car checkups appointments.
Welcoming customers and explaining the services that the dealership has to offer.

Requirements of the Service Advisor:

Experience working as a Service Advisor, or similar
Familiarity with using Motor Dealership Database Software would be ideal.
An understanding of the Motor industry would be beneficial
Have a strong focus on quality and attention to detail.
Selfmotivated and able to work unsupervised to achieve high standards.
Good communication skills, both written and verbal, to all levels, both internally and externally.
A UK Full Clean Drivers Licence.

Hours:

Monday - Friday: 8.30am - 6pm

Saturday: 8.30am - 12:30pm 4pm (you will be required to work 1 in 3 Saturdays)

(You will be given a day off in the week if working the Saturday.)
