Shifts: 37.5 hours, Monday - Friday (12-8pm)

Essential Skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Minimum 1 year in a similar Mailroom Role
- Minimum 2 years of Reprographics experience
Post Room.
- Sorting and opening of incoming post
- Online booking of couriers
- Use of the franking machine to dispatch mail
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ordering of stationery
- Inputting of post and courier charges into client billing system
- To use the light production MFD's within the reprographics department
- Be able to copy, scan, print to highest quality
- Finishing is mainly wire and comb bound documents
- Excellent PC skills.
- CD / DVD burning
- Contacting Zerox engineers and following up as required when equipment requires maintenance
- Performing all quality checks as in procedures and accepting constructive feedback form clients and supervisors / manager.
- Archiving
- Replenishment of stationery
- Replenish water coolers around the office
- Helping to maintain the general tidiness of the office and taking responsibility in particular for the neatness and cleanliness of the Printers and MFD's, ensuring that paper left on table tops and photocopiers is securely disposed of and boxes and stationery items are neatly secured and stowed away
- Meeting Room set ups
- You will possess a proactive attitude, a "can do" approach and be a teamplayer.
- Be a selfstarter with plenty of initiative and resilience, but who equally thrives in a teambased environment.
- Friendly and approachable with strong communication
