We currently looking for a Data Scientist to join Digital, Data and Technologydepartment in North Wales.

Location:
Hybrid (based at either the Bangor, Abergele or Wrexham offices, with home working available)

Contract type:
Full-time Temporary, 3 months

Hours:
Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm, 37.5 hours a week
Band 6/7

Pay rate:
£16.96-£21.66 DOE (£33,072 - £42,237 per annum)

Role and responsibilities:

  • Working with Prophet and Python software's with a use to run against SQL Server databases
  • To follow project plan to setup a process to input data into Prophet and for it to generate the forecasting data that is needed
  • To ensure the knowledge is passed to existing staff so they might replicate and enhance the solution for other databases in the future

Requirements:


  • Strong SQL skills
  • Python and Prophet skills
  • Immediate availability
  • Ability to attend for an interview based in one of the offices (Wrexham/Abergele/Bangor)
  • Being able to provide last 5 years of references
