What would I be doing day to day?

Key duties:

  • Line managing a large team of Senior EA's, coaching and developing
  • Perfromance review management and feedback
  • Involved in the recruitment process
  • Managing numerous programs and projects across the business, such as the graduate schemes
  • Handling financial operations for team expenses, accounts payable and inputting into budgets and forecasting
  • Managing stakeholder relationships across the business
  • Working on L&D initiatives
  • Working on strategic planning and developing intiatives within the team

What is the company looking for?

  • Previous EA line management is essential
  • Ideally, with experience in professional or financial services
  • Experience supporting senior level executives
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
