Meraki Accountancy & Finance global financial services client are looking to add an Accounting and Regulatory VP to the current team.

The role is based in Glasgow and will functionally sit within the Accounting & Regulatory policy team which provides specialised technical advice on accounting and regulatory standards.


  • Accounting and Regulatory policy planning, production, and maintenance
  • Oversight and review of daily monitoring and capture of new regulatory and accounting publications
  • Review and presentation of extensive suite of communications and reports on evolving regulatory and accounting standards for key stakeholders.
  • Involvement in a diverse range of project work including implementation of new accounting and reg requirements.
  • Review of IFRS financial statements
  • Ownership of responses to stakeholders' technical queries

Experience required:

  • ICAS / ACCA / CIMA Qualified Accountant
  • Knowledge of understanding of IFRS and US GAAP
  • Experience in financial reporting environment and producing IFRS / US GAAP compliant financial statements.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience of working in a Regulatory / Product control environment
