We are excited to be recruiting a Care Team Leader in continuing to promote and support the delivery of compassionate care in the local community.

Salary:

An increased hourly rate of
£14.25ph plus, depending on how many colleagues in your team
PLUS an additional £20 per Care Assistant in your team.

Hours:

This role will equate to a few additional hours per month on top of your normal carer hours with us.

The role of the Team Leader is to provide support and guidance to new and existing Care colleagues.

You will be a brand ambassador and ensure that each person feels confident in their role as a Carer in addition to your primary role as a Care Assistant.

Please note that due to the nature of this community role _
you will need to be able to drive and have your own car._

You will ensure individuals in your team are feeling valued and you will have an understanding of what motivates them by having more personal contact with each member of your team.

You will provide an essential communication channel to the Care Supervisors and vice versa.

This is a great stepping stone for anyone wanting to take that next step within their care career.
