UK Pensions, Process Governance SpecialistAre you self-motivated, have an innovative solutioning mindset and relish supporting and educating others? Do you have in depth knowledge of UK Pensions processes or the will to learn?
We are looking for a driven individual to join our Process Governance Team and contribute to the specification and development of processes in an ever changing and progressive pensions market This is a hybrid role with the flexibility to work both virtually and from our Sheffield or Birmingham office.

What the day will look like
As a Process Governance Specialist, you will be responsible for advising on, developing, or introducing Pensions Administration processes that comply with legal requirements and regulatory guidance.
Reviewing and responding to pensions technical enquiries
Managing multiple projects to improve pensions processes
Collaborating with stakeholders to propose solutions
Suggesting amendments to letters, procedures to reduce risk, cost, or exposure
Suggesting amendments to letters, procedures to increase revenue and client, or colleague experience

You will have the opportunity to influence key business decisions following your own review and investigation, proposing change that will be a benefit for Aon, our colleagues, and our clients.

Skills and experience that will lead to successBe proactive and self-motivated, with a desire to own and deliver the best solutions for Aon
Have previous experience of pensions benefit administration
Have strong time-management skills, able to prioritise and manage several projects Have an ability and willingness to own and lead projects To keep your technical knowledge up to date and have an ability to understand regulatory and statutory requirements or changes, and their impact
