Description
We are looking for an experienced Chef who is passionate, and has a real flair for all things food. Working in Cockerham, you will be part of a team offering a locally sourced menu. Accommodation is available and the park would consider a couple with bothcatering and bar experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver a consistent and compelling dining experience for our guests.
  • Support the Food & Beverage team in the full operation of the kitchen and front of house offering
  • Run service within the kitchen
  • Quality control
  • Maintain high standards of hygiene within the kitchen

The Individual:

  • Health & Safety and Food Hygiene certificates
  • Previous management experience within a bar/restaurant
  • Excellent communication skills
  • A great team member who likes to support and be involved
  • A forwardthinking problem solver
  • Catering qualifications is desirable to monitor kitchen hygiene standards and assist the kitchen with menu planning/budgeting
