_A great chance to join a modern and forward thinking Property Lettings Agency in Glasgow as a Property Inspector_

This well established company are now looking to recruit someone to work closely with their Lettings team in a mainly out of the office role carrying out Property Inspections, Check outs and Inventories.

This position is open to those from property and non-property backgrounds so it's a fantastic chance to work in the industry with full training provided in-house

Key duties will include:

Visiting properties across Glasgow and Central Scotland to carry out property inspections, check outs and inventories with the aid of property software via iPad/Laptop
Managing your diary and travel to meet business targets and deadlines
Working closely with the office based team to share information and organise follow up repairs, maintenance and refurb work to properties
Making claims to the Tenancy Deposit Scheme for deductions from Tenancy Deposits

Competitive starting salary of £22-26k based on experience with
excellent company benefits.
