Tructyre have an exciting opportunity available for a Regional Operations Manager to join our Field Operations team.

You will join us on a full time, permanent basis and in return you will receive a competitive salary of up to £50,000 per annum.

Tructyre are a proud part of the Michelin and Euromaster Group and Britain's leading truck tyre specialist. Our mission is to De-risk Britain's Fleets by offering complete, commercial tyre management to our nationwide client's. This includes tyre maintenance,tyre supply and 24/7 rapid emergency assistance.?


In the UK our team of 600 colleagues work across a warehouse network, regional depots, and our customer experience centre to take care of our customers.

What can our Region Operations Manager expect?


Reporting to the Head of Field Operations, you will work closely with your Depot Managers to oversee the operations of your Geographical area.

You will ensure all depots deliver industry leading service to our customers and you will create and review performancemeasures and objectives to maximise commercial opportunities to ensure sustained profitability.

This role will require travel and a full driving licence is essential.?

Your Key Responsibilities will include, but will not be limited to:

  • Lead, advise, coach, and motivate your team, to ensure maximum performance is achieved.?
  • Manage resources across Depots to deliver a positive contribution to the P&L, implementing action plans to improve or resolve problems to achieve agreed targets.
  • Work collaboratively with HR to ensure effective people management across your region, overseeing people requirements including recruitment and retention.?
  • Work collaboratively with the Area Sales Manager, attending joint sales meetings to deliver workable solutions to our customers, maintaining a customer first approach, and taking ownership for customer complaints and resolution.
  • Support Depots to ensure effective action is taken when SLA's, KPI's and pricing are not adhered to.
  • Work collaboratively with technical training and Health and Safety, to ensure correct level of quality and competency of our technicians is achieved and full compliance to company policies and procedures are adhered to.
  • Embed a positive Health and Safety culture, cascading key messages, and demonstrating appropriate behaviour through your own actions.

We are looking for an individual who has experience in managing, coaching and engaging a remote team in an often high pressured environment.

Ideally you will have technical and practical experience in the commercial tyre industry.
