Overview:

Due to continued growth we are looking for a hardworking and motivated Apprentice to join our busy team in Glasgow City Centre.

What's Involved?
You will receive on the job training and mentoring to achieve the following key objectives:

Answer calls in a poised and professional manner
Contribute to the functioning of the reception and the wider admin team
Manage, update and run reports
Liaise with consultants to relay accurate messages
CV formatting using Microsoft word
Carrying out reference checks
Ensure compliance documents are checked and filed
Learn how to manage, update and run reports from our specialised system

What we are looking for:

You will be:

Motivated and willing to learn
Organised and with good attention to detail
Have a polished telephone manner
Passionate about developing your people skills
A team player
Someone who loves to complete tasks
