A global construction consultancy with clients in the real estate and infrastructure sectors, are seeking an ambitious and driven Principal CDM consultant who is passionate about Health and Safety and providing an exceptional service to the client.


The Role of Principal CDM Consultant?
This Principal CDM Consultant would be responsible for understanding the clients needs and providing strategic advice on health and safety and CDM policies:

  • Provide the duties of Principal Designer or Advisor to Principal Designer
  • Attending design team and project team CDM meetings
  • Preparation of preconstruction information packs and other CDM related documentation
  • Overseeing project from conception to completion ensuring client carries out duties in accordance with CDM2015 regulations

The Successful Principal CDM Consultant?

  • APS Membership is preferable
  • IMaPS or above
  • NEBOSH Construction as minimum
  • Proven experience in the Principal Designer role
  • Ability to effectively plan and organise own workload to meet deadlines with mínimal supervision
  • Ideally with extensive experience within a consultancy environment
  • Ambitious, self motivated and a self starter.
