If so, we are looking for a talented and motivated individual to join our team as a Sales Professional specializing in Private Wealth, Family Offices and UHNWIs.

Grammig Advisory is a boutique networking and fundraising advisory firm for single family offices & those aspiring to become one.

We exclusively serve single family offices & UHNWIs, helping them to identify family office co-investors for direct deals or family office led fund investments, build sustainable family office networks for investors wishing to expand into specific geographies or industries and connect to the right partners for specific financial services.

We pride ourselves on delivering exceptional experiences and fostering meaningful connections within the sector.


About the Role:


In this exciting role, you will play a pivotal part in driving sales growth by cultivating and managing relationships with Family Office and UHNWI individuals.

You will leverage your expertise in the financial sector to identify and qualify potential clients, understand their investment needs, and present our solutions with confidence.


Responsibilities:


  • Develop and implement a strategic sales plan for the Family Office, Family Business, and UHNWI segment.
  • Conduct indepth research and identify potential FO, Family Businesses & UHNWI clients.
  • Cultivate and build strong relationships with Family Offices, Family Businesses & UHNWI individuals.
  • Clearly explain complex financial products and services to highnetworth clients.
  • Deliver compelling presentations and demonstrations to showcase the value proposition.
  • Negotiate and close highvalue sponsorship deals for conferences and events.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and build longterm client relationships.

Qualifications:


  • Minimum 2 years of successful sales experience in the financial sector.
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets in a competitive environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to build rapport and trust with highnetworth individuals.
  • Strong understanding of financial products and services relevant to family offices and UHNWI clients.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong work ethic, selfmotivated, and resultsoriented.
