Job Overview:

Responsibilities:


  • Provide general administrative support to the office
  • Answer and direct phone calls in a professional manner
  • Assist with data entry and maintaining electronic and physical files
  • Perform clerical tasks such as photocopying, scanning, and faxing documents
  • Assist with scheduling appointments and meetings
  • Assisting with File Maintenance on EWI funded schemes
  • Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks using Sage Accounts
  • Assist with organizing and maintaining office common areas

Experience:


  • Previous experience in an office or administrative role is preferred but not required
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
  • Proficient in using computers and word preferred
  • Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
  • Familiarity with basic office equipment such as printers, scanners, and copiers
  • Ability to type accurately and efficiently
  • Basic knowledge of data entry processes
  • Experience with Sage or other accounting software is a plus
Applicants aged 16-18 will be supported in their education to fulfil all legal requirements.
