Job Overview:
Responsibilities:
- Provide general administrative support to the office
- Answer and direct phone calls in a professional manner
- Assist with data entry and maintaining electronic and physical files
- Perform clerical tasks such as photocopying, scanning, and faxing documents
- Assist with scheduling appointments and meetings
- Assisting with File Maintenance on EWI funded schemes
- Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks using Sage Accounts
- Assist with organizing and maintaining office common areas
Experience:
- Previous experience in an office or administrative role is preferred but not required
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficient in using computers and word preferred
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Familiarity with basic office equipment such as printers, scanners, and copiers
- Ability to type accurately and efficiently
- Basic knowledge of data entry processes
- Experience with Sage or other accounting software is a plus
