Care Squared, was created to provide integrated allied health support to people with a disability by ensuring access to services when they need it most.

The NDIS Data Administrator's primary purpose is to ensure all funding and estimates tasks are actioned accurately and in a timely manner for Care Squared

The NDIS Data Administrator will also be required to assist with other ad-hoc tasks that arise from time to time as well as maintaining data integrity within the database, and proactively resolves issues as they find them

As an NDIS Data Administrator you will be responsible for:

  • Process estimates update in a timely manner
  • Generating service bookings on the NDIS Portal
  • Assist with other adhoc account tasks for Care Squared as they arise

To be successful you will have:

  • Experience in a data entry role.
  • Exceptional attention to detail skills.
  • You will need to have excellent communication skills, be results orientated and be able to think strategically.
  • You will have a high level of numeracy and attention to detail and enjoy working as part of a high performing and motivated team.
  • Ability to work autonomously and take initiative in appropriate circumstances

Desirable skills

  • Experience using case management systems
  • Demonstrated knowledge of appointment based finance systems
  • Experience in a similar service environment
