    At Brunning and Price Pubs Ltd, we are excited to offer a rare and exciting opportunity for a Financial Planning & Analysis Analyst to join our newly formed Commercial Finance team.

    The ideal candidate will be responsible for producing regular reporting and completing accurate analysis across the breadth of the business, influencing strategic decisions and driving operational efficiency.

    Brunning and Price is a group of 89 pub restaurants spanning from the Lake District to the South Coast. We pride ourselves on running informal places where people can meet, eat, drink and talk in a relaxed atmosphere.

    About The Role

    As FP&A Analyst, you will support the FP&A Manager with budgets and forecasts, liaising with our Management Accounts team in London regularly. Your insight will heavily influence strategic decisions and drive operational efficiency across B&P.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Produce daily, weekly and monthly trading analysis
    • Deliver monthly KPI reporting and assist in the production of the monthly deck
    • Build analytical reports to support key decision making
    • Assist with the budget and forecasting process
    • Provide ad hoc support and work on projects as needed

    Experience and Skills Required

    • Excellent communication skills and a strong team player
    • Strong track record in analysis and excellent Excel skills
    • Ability to think creatively and come up with innovative solutions
    • Confident dealing with senior stakeholders in the business
    • Experience working with cross-functional teams
    • Self-starter with ability to work independently
    • Strong organisational skills, with the ability to multi-task and prioritise workload

    Qualifications

    • Professional accounting qualification (ACA or equivalent) (Part/Fully Qualified)
