The V.I.E will be for 12 months but likely to be extended for a total of 24 months.


What you will be doing

• Prepare the cost control sheet and cost control file
• Assist the Project Manager or Project Director with variance analysis
• Follow up Head Office account
• Follow up post completion account
• Prepare monthly BU Dashboard
• Follow up client and Sub-Contractor payment and timeline
• Gather and feedback on finance system improvement (ELO, X3 etc)
• Follow up performance bond, (set up, release etc) project insurance etc.
• Day to day banking issues
