Become a Support Worker
What matters to the people we support matters to us. It's their life, their way.
We are looking for someone to join the team supporting six people who live together in Cannock.
You will be working in their home, so it's important you can connect, share interests and be interested. They enjoy shopping, swimming, cafes, restaurants and arts and crafts at home.
If you enjoy building meaningful relationships and think you could plan, communicate and deliver support _with_ and _alongside_ people, then this is the place for you.
Why Join Us? What will we do?**We provide a package of benefits that make it that bit easier to be your best and we
can also support you to achieve a Level 2 diploma in Health and Social Care and pursue a career that takes on more responsibility,
What will you do?
Supporting people is really important but it's not all day trips and craft projects.
We also support people to take their medication, assist with personal care, make healthy lifestyle choices or maintain their home in a way they are safe and well.
We're committed to being Disability Confident and we guarantee to interview all applicants with a disability who meet the minimum criteria for the vacancy.
