We are now offering a fantastic opportunity to join the East Riding College in the role of Planning & Student Records Administrator.

About the role


This role would require the ability to ensure full and accurate student data, relating to all aspects of the college's education provision to be recorded in a timely manner.

You will undertake all activities supporting student and programme centred administration including the validation and processing of data collected from a variety of sources.


You will be responsible for the development, maintenance and coordination of the college curriculum planning process, course file, timetables and registers across all cohorts and curriculum areas while also providing advice and support to curriculum teams on efficient resource use and monitoring of attendance and utilise data to maximise effect for the Institute.


About the person
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills along with the ability to work are desirable.


You must be prepared to work flexibly according to the needs of the service and have a positive attitude to change.

A Level 2 or equivalent in Business Administration is desirable.
