Page Personnel are currently working with a well-established supply chain organisation based in Halifax who have an exciting opportunity for a Customer Service Advisor to join their busy team on a permanent basis.

Client Details

The client have been going through a period of rapid growth recently and due to this require extra assistance within their Customer Service department.

Description

As Customer Service Advisor your duties will include: Being a key point of contact for customers, resolving any issues/queries in a timely and effective manner, ensuring customer records are kept up to date, inputting data with a key focus on accuracy, processinga high volume of orders using the in house systems and building strong professional relationships with key customers.

Profile
Have held a similar position previously

Excellent communication skills written & verbal

It literate and able to pick up new systems

Comfortable at building/maintaining professional relationships

Driver and able to work off own initiative
