Trainee Field Sales Representative Job in Ringwood

Duties and Responsibilities:


  • Travel across your assigned area to build relationships with new clients and obtain new business
  • Understand client needs to sustain the new business
  • Manage your own diary and schedule appointments to meet with prospective clients
  • Be able to work consistently, and meet and exceed KPIs
  • Create and develop an excellent rapport with clients
  • Be able to effectively turn leads into new business

Skills and Experience:


  • Previous experience of working in a sales environment
  • Able to demonstrate a track record of achievement in both sales and customer service
  • Professional and confident communication skills and able to engage customers and build relationships
  • Embraces new ideas and thinking
  • Exceptional organisation skills
  • Possesses infectious enthusiasm, with a positive, tenacious attitude with a cando approach to all tasks
  • Applicants will need to have a full driving licence and their own transport

Salary and Benefits:


  • A salary of £22,000 £25,000 per annum plus attractive commission package
  • Working Monday to Friday
  • 28 days annual leave
