Job Description:
The role sits within the
Commercial Value Management team of Informa Markets, reporting into the Head of Commercial Value Management.
The
Commercial Administrator will be responsible for effectively supporting the Commercial Value Management team and Transformation portfolio; the role will be focused on vendor administrative duties within digital and technology including, license, demand and payment management of our vendors.
Main Duties & Responsibilities:
- Assign licenses as requests are submitted for a number of vendors.
- Implement and maintain processes to ensure license counts are optimised.
- Work with P2P to ensure timely payment to our vendors.
- Contribute to team and business strategic objectives.
- Allocate and code invoice as required for TrO vendors.
- Assist in development and implementation of improved ways of working for vendor invoice processing.
- Assist in the sourcing of key vendor information including contracts, invoices and usage data.
- Engage with stakeholders as required to ensure objectives are met.
Qualifications:
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in adminstrative or finance type roles
- Conceptual knowledge and understanding of Technology licensing and billing models
- Experience with SAP EFS or Oracle payment systems would be advantageous
