We are taking a fresh look at audiology and taking the digital marketing side of audiology to new levels. As an early team member you will be able to progress far in this exciting business.

We already have 2 locations in Greater Manchester (Sale and Manchester city centre) and we are looking to open 2-3 more locations over the next few months. Joining our fast growing exciting team is the opportunity you've been waiting for. We plan to have at least 20 locations in the next
couple of years.

Experience level:
Already possess or be eligible for registration as a Hearing Aid Dispenser with Health Care Professional Council (HCPC).

You will be working with Private Patients, this isn't a sales role, this is a role that rewards clinical excellence You will also have access to an excellent commission scheme.

You will have access to state-of-the-art Audiology equipment and to enable you to carry out the excellent hearing care services.

As an Audiologist you should possess the following skills:

• Wax removal training is preferrable
• Be passionate about audiology and ready to embrace innovation in products, technology, and ways of working.
• Put care for your customers and colleagues at the front of everything you do by providing exceptional customer service and taking accountability for yourself and your clinic.
• Strive for excellence by continuously working to improve your own skills, knowledge, and ways of working.
• Demonstrate a genuine desire to be part of the best team and support those around you to achieve the same goal.
• Have a commercial understanding and embrace a clinical role within the private healthcare sector.
• Confident, articulate, and able to listen to those in your care.
• IT literate, whilst specific training
• Capable of running your own clinic, managing your diary, processing financial transactions, and ensuring you are there for your customers when they expect you to be.
• Must possess a full UKdriving license and have access to a car. Part of the job may require travel to two or more locations in and around Manchester.
