Position:
Full Time Purchase Ledger Administrator

We're seeking an experienced Purchase Ledger Administrator to join this team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coding & Processing Supplier Invoices, handling over 3000 supplier invoices per month.
  • Efficiently processing staff expenses and mileage claims.
  • Investigating and resolving supplier invoice queries promptly.
  • Ensuring accurate reconciliation of supplier statements.
  • Liaising with branches to obtain approvals and resolve disputes.
  • Assisting with various administrative tasks.

Location:
The office is conveniently located in Rotherham, just minutes away from Junction 34 of the M1.


Salary:
The annual salary for this position is £25,000, depending on experience.


Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Salary:
£24,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
