Head Of Delivery/services/operations/tbc
  • Head of delivery required for an international media organisation
  • Strong operations and support experience, and experience of working in a global company
  • Required to take ownership of end user computing function.
Including EUC equipment (laptops, phones, etc) and software provision
  • Oversee service desk function to all offices globally
  • Provide engagement with local in country resources when necessary
  • Monitor and manage BAU operations with a focus on service provision to end users
  • Experience of implementation of appropriate ITIL processes
  • Must have familiarity with M365 and Microsoft Modern workplace ways of working
  • Be the voice and champion of the users within the IT function.
  • User orientated and good communicator who can easily inspire trust through good communications and deliver on expectations.
