HSE Officer (Health & Safety Officer)

Permanent

Fulltime (40 hours) Monday to Friday

Yorkshire based. (West or South Yorkshire ideally)

£30-£35k Basic

Car Allowance £4,800 per Annum plus fuel card

33 Days Holiday, Bank Holidays)

Route 1 has an excellent opportunity for an experience processed-driven Health and Safety Officer to join their client's team due to business growth and expansion.

Successful applicants will hold are working towards NEBOSH and have experience in a similar production/manufacturing Health and Safety Role.

Reporting to the
HSE Manager the purpose of this position in brief:

Cover 4 Production site locations, monitoring all processing operations, continuously looking for any areas that can be improved,
Review and monitor the management system and all associated procedures, SOP's, SSOW, Risk Assessments and legislation.
Conducting audits for compliance and legislation.
Liaise with the Site Managers to improve all aspects of
HSE and Environmental systems and processes.
Produce reports, attend and minute
HSE monthly meetings, log actions, and monitor completions.
Train employees, inductions and drug tests, Toolbox talks

Salary:
£30,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
