We will be seeking a full-time experienced practitioner who is fully conversant with the Code of Practice 2014 and has an understanding of the requirements.

Can demonstrate knowledge of a good range of programmes and interventions, has good communication skills and is sensitive to the needs of the children and their parents, and must be up to date with the new National Curriculum.

Manage a welltrained and enthusiastic TA team

Be able to inspire, challenge and motivate all children to achieve
Promote and celebrate the talents and skills of all pupils
Have high expectations of learning, progress and behaviour

Have a commitment to working strategically as part of a team to improve standards of teaching and learning
