We are actively looking for a Trainee Mechanical Assembler to join our team in Bromsgrove, Worcestershire.

Responsibilities

Follows detailed assembly instructions, processes and procedures
Responsible for quality control procedures
Report quality, process, and equipment problems to their Production Team Leader
Utilize small hand tools such as drills, grinders and riveters
Identify and select components to be integrated into subassembly and assembly units
Makes own setups, alignments and adjustments maintaining tolerance in accordance with instructions
Provide hands on training to coworkers as needed
Complete daily production logs and time sheets
Maintain a clean and organized working environment
Turn off and lock off equipment when not in use
Performs other related duties as required
