Senior Lettings Negotiator


Salary:
Up to £26k & £60k OTE

Our client is looking for a confident, experienced Lettings negotiator to join their prime office, the company offers fantastic training, along with support, plenty of progression & great earning potential.

This branch has a great track record of success andis offering a fantastic opportunity.
They are looking for someone with ideally 2 plus years experience within the lettings industry.

Character Profile for the Senior Lettings negotiator:

  • Confident, hard-working & positive
  • Thrive when working under pressure or when there is targets to be met
  • Full UK drivers license
  • Be able to work independently as well as part of a team
  • Great attention to detail
  • Proven track record of billings

Main duties of the Senior Lettings negotiator:

  • Arranging and carrying out viewings
  • Registering new applicants
  • Maintaining a positive and healthy relationships with both landlords & tenants
  • Negotiating with all parties to ensure the best outcome
  • Managing the process smoothly from an offer being agreed to move ins
  • Maintain a positive & organized attitude throughout

Package for the Senior Lettings Negotiator:

  • Up to £26k basic
- £60k OTE

  • Great training & progression
