Our client is an innovative national law with a unique and an agile approach to assisting clients, they are now looking for a Recruitment Advisor to join their London office on a permanent basis.

The Recruitment Advisor's primary responsibilities for the role will be to work as an inhouse recruiter performing a key role in the delivery of the Talent Attraction Programme to recruit successful and ambitious lawyers to join the consultant lawyer team.

The role will also include the recruitment of salaried support staff for the central support and paralegal teams.

One of the key benefits of this role is the firm's generous commission scheme (additional to salary advertised) and incentive structure with uncapped earning potential.

Key Duties Include:

Generating leads for new staff through various avenues i.e. LinkedIn.
Tracking and progression of leads through to engagement.
Working with the Marketing and PR team on recruitmentbased initiatives
Supporting the business development strategy with successful lead generation initiatives
