Description
Responsibilities:
- Make daily calls to follow up on quotes and address customer inquiries.
- Handle and manage supplier leads on the portal.
- Dedicated time for this task on Tuesdays and Fridays, managing specified number of leads each day.
- Generate daily quotes to support sales activities.
- Log calls, opportunities, and tasks into the CRM system for efficient tracking.
- Oversee content in the Facebook Installer Group and actively engage with relevant discussions.
Training Management:
- Track deliveries and handle customer inquiries related to returns.
- Manage and respond to inbound activity on the Replenishh Sales Inboxes.
- Process customer orders efficiently to ensure smooth sales operations.
Job Types:
Full-time, Temporary contract
Salary:
From £12.00 per hour
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Colchester, Essex: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
Education:
- GCSE or equivalent (preferred)
Experience:
- Customer service: 1 year (required)
- Administrative experience: 1 year (required)
