This includes implementing sustainable investmentstrategies driven by ESG metrics which are contained within global sustainable regulatory frameworks, as well as helping to meet and exceed the requirements of voluntary Labels & Standards such as Net Zero.


Job Description This role will support the Business Development team with administration and sales process responsibilities. This position would allow you to quickly learn about key concepts related to ESG and you will gain exposure to an international team, work closelywith key stakeholders to resolve any incidents impacting clients use of data or research.


This position allows you to obtain a thorough understanding of how investors can implement ESG, work in an entrepreneurial and cross-cultural environment, quickly assume new responsibilities/challenges, and become a company representative with both internal/external stakeholders/ clients.


  • Support the Business Development team by developing and enhancing operational ESG RS solutions for our clients.
  • Collaborate with multiple teams across the business, from Products and Research to Compliance and Systems Development, support client relations in growing and maintaining a robust sales pipeline.
  • Act as the engine of our sales team, enabling smooth administration of the sales process.
  • Respond quickly to client queries to resolve problems and maintain and/or improve client retention/satisfaction, including content and delivery.
  • Refining and developing systems, reporting functionality and online tools to enhance and streamline Sales team operations.
  • Support clients in accessing and understanding ESG RS suite of research products and ESG RS data to incorporate into their sustainability processes.

Who Fits The Bill:


  • You are a dynamic team player who is processfocused, with strong customer service skills.
  • Previous experience or education related to sanctions, international law or international politics are highly desirable.
  • Fluency in English.
  • Previous research experience.
  • Solid writing and research skills, including the ability to produce basic analysis.
  • Broad interest in the business and financial world
  • Interest in ESG, responsible investment, and sustainability is desirable.
