You will help identify client needs, present and answer questions about our products and services and recommend solutions.A positive attitude and a desire to promptly resolve potential customer issues or complaints will make you successful in this role.
Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and provide excellent customer service.
- Answer customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints.
- Follow all company policies and procedures with customer service.
- Conduct price and feature comparisons to facilitate purchasing
- Crosssell products
Requirements:
- Previous cashier or customer service experience preferred
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English
- Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and multitask effectively
- Strong time management skills to ensure efficient checkout process
Job Types:
Full-time, Part-time
Part-time hours: 20 per week
Salary:
£10.82-£12.50 per hour
