Job summary
The role of the Program Management Team (PgM) is to shape and accelerate the delivery of GDM's highest priorities. This position sits within a PgM team partnering with People & Culture at Google DeepMind and therefore will focus on leading programs with a high element of organisational and technical change,Responsibilities
- Work with your team to organise and optimise a portfolio of HR software & data projects, including migrations to new systems and applying new AI techniques to tools & data.
- Act as the system owner and domain expert for GDM's HR tooling & people data stack; understand how tools connect to each other, how they interact with Google systems, and how their data is used downstream.
