Mint People are looking for talented, enthusiastic and passionate Baristas to join our team at a Venues in Salford, Manchester M1- Working schedule Monday to Friday, 7am until 1.

30pm, ongoing

  • Pay £11 per hour (Weekly Pay, Every Friday with two weeks in hand)

Unlike our competitors we only recruit when we have work for you and we have loads If you are looking for 80 hours per week or 8 hours per week then we have the role for you.


It is ideal if for this role you drive, and have access to your own vehicle as some of the venues can be remote.


Jobs include but are not limited to:

  • Take orders.
  • Prepare drinks.
  • Grind coffee beans.
  • Clean work areas, coffee machines, equipment, and tables.
  • Comply with health and safety laws and guidelines.
  • Restock the displays.
  • Prepare food and snacks.
  • Using the till.
