We're looking for an experienced Marketing Growth Lead to join our growing marketing team in London from Q2 2023.


If you're ready to get stuck in, and love getting creative with your problem solving and marketing initiatives, then we want to hear from you You'll be a core and senior member of the company's marketing and content team.


  • This is a hybrid role, in our Shoreditch office for 3 days a week._

The role:

  • Define a creative strategy to help marketing build, grow and shape Guider as an authority on all things Edtech.
  • Define a differentiating content strategy for the business that fosters product engagement, attracts new customers and grows brand recognition.
  • Lead on innovative ways of creating and sourcing content and guides, such as through AI or crowdsourcing, allowing us to reach far beyond what our resources have traditionally allowed.
  • Build out a product strategy that would allow us to monetise content and training materials.
  • Target industry stakeholders and influencers to positively influence their future discussion points and garner their continuous support.
  • Work with the Marketing and Product team in order to find innovative and hacky ways to encourage our existing customers and partners to refer.
  • Work with the marketing team to support our geographic growth, support expansion to new product propositions, and delivering a nontraditional awareness building approach.
  • Drive localisation of content and support the product team in order to ensure all user touchpoints are aligned.

  • Someone that is happy providing input across product, marketing, partnership and sales teams with a view to finding new ways to approach existing challenges.
  • Goal focused and able to operate and communicate effectively with all levels of both our business and our customers' businesses.
  • Strong problemsolving skills.
  • Passionate about using and understanding the data behind WHY things happen and use this to shape your initiatives.
  • Be comfortable with constant iteration and optimisation.
  • Experience optimising content based on user behaviour data.
  • Love operating in a fastpaced environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent time management and prioritising skills.
  • Experience with funnel mapping and optimisation would be a bonus.
