Enforcement Fee Earner

Location:
Liverpool City Centre

Salary:

Driscoll Kingston & Co. are recruiting for a Fee Earner of over 4 years litigation experience to join our fast-expanding Enforcement department.
- handle a caseload.

  • An excellent knowledge of Housing Disrepair law is preferable although not essential.
Essentials skills to include

  • Knowledge of part 7 and Part 8 of the Civil procedure rules
  • Drafting witness statements,
  • Instructing counsel
  • Preparing for hearings
  • Excellent negotiation skills,
  • An empathetic nature when dealing with clients
  • A decision maker
  • Analytical approach
