Car Dealership Receptionist
Fords of Winsford is the Northwest's largest independent used car supersite located in Winsford Cheshire. We have been successfully providing used and nearly new cars for 60 years.

As part of our ongoing growth strategy we are now looking to recruit professional receptionists to join our team located at:

Fords of Winsford Ltd

Barton Dock Road

Trafford Park

Manchester

M41 7TB

As part of the dealership hosting team, you will be the first to welcome and interact with our visitors, therefore its vital you are passionate about working with people and want to consistently deliver an exceptional level of customer service.

The successful applicants will be highly motivated, efficient, organised and have a proven track record within a Car Dealership or similar environment and will be responsible for:

Welcoming our visitors to the Dealership and qualifying their requirements.
Answering the telephone in the manner directed.
Spend quality time with customers to provide basic information.
Ensure the reception area is clean, neat and tidy at all times.
Ensure the customer waiting area is clean and tidy at all times.
Maintain administration systems.

In addition you will be extremely well presented and hold a clean full UK driving licence.

A full-time position working a fixed five day out of seven days' work pattern
(Weekend working is essential).
