Hiring a Sewing Machinist in Preston

  • Products: Upholstery covers, soft furnishings
  • Salary: £ £13.50 per hour + piece of work
  • Hours: Monday-Thursday
AM to 4.30 PM

  • English Level: Intermediate
  • Immediate Start
  • Location: Preston, United Kingdom

DUTIES FOR THE SEWING MACHINIST ROLE:

  • Follow operating instructions for the Flatbed and Overlock Sewing Machines
  • Complete requirements for sewing items such as upholstery covers.
  • Draw threads through needles and adjust machine functions to meet the requirements of the sewing project

IDEAL SEWING MACHINIST CANDIDATE:


  • Minimum of 3 years of experience is required in using the industrial sewing machines
  • Good attention to detail, and excellent handeye coordination
