    Overview

    We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Lead conversion specialist to serve as the first point of contact for all patient enquiries (NHS and private/cosmetic). Maximise patient acquisition by booking NHS patients efficiently and qualifying private/cosmetic enquiries to ensure clinicians' time is focused on patients most likely to proceed with treatment.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Monitor incoming enquiries from CRM, adverts, website, social media, and phone channels.
    • NHS patients: Book appointments directly, provide guidance, and ensure smooth patient onboarding.
    • Private/cosmetic patients: Qualify enquiries for suitability and readiness, including promotional or free consultations.
    • Forward qualified private/cosmetic leads to the Patient Treatment Coordinator for consultation booking.
    • Follow up with all leads to maximise conversion to consultations or booked treatment.
    • Maintain accurate lead records, interaction history, and reporting in the CRM.
    • Collaborate with marketing team to optimise campaigns for both NHS and private services.
    • Manage & Maintain Daily Tracker for Daily NHS & Patient Treatment
    • Ensure compliance with GDPR, patient confidentiality, and clinical governance standards.

    Skills

    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
    • Strong customer service orientation with professional phone/email etiquette.
    • Ability to quickly qualify leads and prioritise high-value opportunities.
    • Organised, proactive, and results-driven.
    • Basic understanding of dental treatments, patient needs, and promotional offerings.
    • Proficient with CRM systems and appointment booking tools (e.g., Dentally).
    • Self-motivated

    Job Type: Temp to perm

    Contract length: 6 months

    Pay: Up to £26,000.00 per year
