Forevercare are looking for dedicated Support Workers to provide quality, person-centred support to Children and Young people who require structure in their lives.


We are looking for full time, part time and bank staff in Oldham (OL4 & OL8), Swinton (M28) and Tyldesley (M29).


We are committed to finding individuals who want to make a real difference to young peoples lives - people that are passionate, committed and invest in all that they do to achieve their potential and support others to do so.


You will work alongside the Manager and Senior Support Workers in supporting our young people to progress positively through receiving encouragement, understanding, care and patience.

You will work with external agencies and attend relevant meetings as necessary. All daily and specific paperwork will need to be completed to a high standard.

In order to be considered for this role you must meet the following criteria:

  • Right to Work in the UK
  • 6 Months+ UK experience of working within a similar setting
  • 5 years of professional references
  • Enhanced DBS, subscribed to the update service (or willing to get one)
  • Relevant Qualifications (desirable)
  • Driver (or willing to learn)

- paid after passing probation (based on working contracted hours or if on a zero hour or fully flexible contract, working a minimum of 24 hours per week)


Please note this is supporting 16-18 yr olds with developing their independent skills and is not personal care. Experience of dealing with young people's mental health, youth offenders and challenging behaviours is advantageous.
