Description
We are currently recruiting for a Training Coordinator at our Minworth site.


How you will contribute

  • Update and maintain all training records
  • Q-Pulse and paper records.
  • Provide nonoperational training: i.e. any other business required training
  • Liaise with internal trainers and external training providers to arrange training for all departments as per the TR-FRMEMEA01
  • Create and maintain training material
  • Report on training delivered and outstanding
  • Coordinate training for employees following the company's training process
  • Ensure all staff have a training record in line with their role.
  • All training records are up to date
  • Ensure that training plans are adhered to
  • Other duties as assigned.

About the Role:


How you will contribute

  • Process Analysis provide input on processes from a quality perspective, aid in implementation of new processes.
  • Coordinate, provide and follow up training for employees following the company's training process.
  • Coordinate training activities for new hires, cross training and training as a result of corrective actions.
  • Actively coach the organization concerning training effectiveness with tools and reports.
  • Generate, interpret, analyze, and communicate results using management tools, graphs, and reports.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Your Key Qualifications

  • High school diploma; college degree is preferred.
  • Experience working in returns or logistics environment working in a quality or training capacity.
  • Proficiency on computers and Microsoft Office products.
  • Above average interpersonal, organizational and communication skills written and oral to deal with a wide range of customersboth internal and external.
  • Proficiency on computers and Microsoft Office products.
