Position Overview:


As a Volunteer Administrative Support, you will play a key role in assisting with various administrative tasks to ensure the efficient functioning of our core organisation and events.

This is a voluntary position with a commitment of 4-8 hours per week.

The role allows for hybrid working, providing the flexibility to work remotely from home for some tasks while requiring occasional in-office presence in Lichfield City Centre.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in organising and maintaining administrative systems.
  • Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations.
  • Support the team with data entry and recordkeeping.
  • Generating and sending invoices.
  • Assist in organising and executing marketing for events or projects.
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.

Requirements:


  • Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Experience of social media platforms.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • Reliable internet access for remote working.
  • Willingness to occasionally work in the office in Lichfield City Centre.
