Position:


About the role


In this role you will work with the CZ App team, contributing to the success of our client focussed digital platform.

Your key responsibilities will centre around ensuring excellence across the platform. You will demonstrate the product to internal staff and external clients, ensuring any new features achieve their maximum potential.

Working closely with the CZ App product team you will communicate improvements, delivering these to the relevant stakeholder in a timely fashion.

You will focus on our grower pricing platform and assist in expanding on our success to date with beet processors across Europe.

Given the growth of the platform additional tasks may be required by the business to ensure CZ App is a success, as such you will use intuition and an agile approach to ensure the best result for CZ.

In fulfilling your role you will gain exposure to the world's commodities markets and their drivers, and you will be contributing to the growth of CZ business, hosted on our client portal:
CZ App.


Tasks & Responsibilities

  • Demonstrating and communicating the benefits of the CZ App platform to clients, staff and stakeholders.
  • Ensuring excellent customer support.
  • Proposing improvements to the user experience based on customer and staff feedback, working with the product team to ensure efficient delivery.
  • Working with other teams at CZ to ensure we derive maximum benefit from the app across the organisation.
  • Assisting the commercial team with our grower pricing module.
  • To take responsibility for your performance and to work together to achieve our organizational goals.
  • To attend training courses which are identified as being necessary for the performance of the role.
  • To be fully conversant with the Employee Handbook and supporting policies, including Health & Safety legislation and fire and emergency procedures.
  • To comply with any reasonable instruction issued by your manager.

Requirements:

  • Business level fluency in English (both written and verbal)
  • Advanced communication skills
  • Strong I.T. skills including proficiency in Excel and Word

  • Resourceful, innovative and proactive
  • Personable with the ability to build relationships and communicate with all levels both internally and externally
