Full - Time / Part - Time, Monday - Friday

The Client:


Our client is a well-established construction firm, providing broad range of products to meet diverse customer needs and delivering high-quality solutions for intricate concrete structures.


The Role:


As a
Bookkeeper, you will play a pivotal role in managing financial records, accounts, transactions and collaborating with departments to ensure financial accuracy and compliance.


Responsibilities:


  • Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.
  • Conduct reconciliation of bank statements and credit card transactions.
  • Generate financial reports: balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
  • Support budgeting and forecasting activities.
  • Maintain precise records using accounting software (Xero, QuickBooks, Sage).
  • Ensure adherence to financial regulations and company policies.

Requirements:


  • Previously worked as an Assistant Accountant, Bookkeeper, Account Assistant or in a similar role.
  • At least 1 year of experience in accounting and bookkeeping.
  • Understanding of accounting principles and practices.
  • Skilled in accounting software including Xero, QuickBooks, Sage.
  • Right to work in the UK.
