Head of Key Accounts | Base salary £45k-£55k per annum + uncapped bonuses (OTE £75k+) | permanent | hybrid/London | EMI share options + amazing benefits

Role Overview:


As the Head of Key Accounts, you will serve as the senior face of Hire Space to our most valued enterprise and corporate clients, overseeing an expanding team of talented Relationship Managers and Event Delivery experts, dedicated to delighting our portfolio of Hire Space 360 clients and growing the value of our accounts.

Your primary focus when joining the team will be establishing and nurturing a robust, scalable account growth structure, along with a culture of excellence within the Client Services team, setting world class standards for account management, service and product optimisation, and business development.


You will act as an extension of the founders and advocate passionately for Hire Space's mission, collaborating closely with other senior leaders to ensure the success of the Hire Space 360 product and account management function.

In case you missed it, Hire Space 360 is our business solution helping organisations to securely source, book and track events in one place.

It typically saves clients 23% on their events annually.


You'll inspire your team with your client-centric approach, along with bringing a passion for continuous learning and development, while also overseeing the management of our most valuable accounts.

You'll have the ability to use your experience and network to collaborate with the Business Development team to generate valuable new leads too.


You will play an instrumental role in advancing the Client Services team's mission of increasing client lifetime value, cultivating a community of loyal repeat customers, and establishing Hire Space as the premier service for professional event organisers.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Growing the value of our Hire Space 360 accounts through account development and by delighting our clients. You'll be ultimately responsible for maximising the amount of business we do with each of our accounts.
  • Using your extensive events and sales knowledge and experience to establish robust, scalable, account management processes to ensure clients receive superior service, are informed about all of our products, and their lifetime value is maximised.
  • Leadership of our Relationship Managers, and the Event Delivery function.
  • Collaborate closely with the Head of Business Development to develop and execute engagement initiatives for clients, driving increased account value.
  • Partner with the Business Development team to identify and secure top tier clients for transition into Relationship Management products, while exemplifying best practices in implementation.
  • Contribute to product development in coordination with the leadership team, ensuring Hire Space 360 remains innovative and effective as the ultimate resource for corporate event planners.
  • Demonstrable and extensive experience in rapidly growing enterprise accounts for a company in the events industry.
  • A fundamental understanding of how to deliver an enterprise solution for event sourcing, event management and associated services for large businesses.
  • An exceptional industry network.

Salary and benefits:

- £65k-£75k OTE salary (inc base £45k-£55k)

Logistics:

This is a hybrid/in-person role
.

You will be required to work from our Central London office location flexibly at least 2 days per week, and this allocation may change over time.

You should always be somewhere that operates on UK time.
