Surveyor & Valuer (Rural) (MRICS & RICS Registered)

Location:
Cirencester, Gloucestershire(GL17)

Salary:
£45,000 - £50,000

Monday to Friday 9am - 5.50pm

Office based
Our client is looking for a
Surveyor / Valuer to join their Rural professional department. This is dynamic full-time role which will focus on valuation work, along with other professional work. The position offers excellent career development in awell-regarded firm.


Job Title Duties:


To carry out RICS "Red Book" Valuations and market appraisals covering a range of properties, including country houses, cottages, land, and barns.


  • MRICS Surveyor and RICS Registered Valuer
  • Previous Experience in Rural / Land / Farm

Skills Needed:


  • Confident, ambitious, and resourceful with the ability to communicate clearly and to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Commercially astute, technically proficient with excellent attention to detail.
  • Bright, energetic, and personable.
