NWCare is an award winning domiciliary care agency with over 50 years experience in healthcare and one of the leading providers in the province.

We are now recruiting a referrals/administrator for our Enniskillen branch, 48/50 Cornagrade Road, Enniskillen BT74 6DX

Job Role:

Reporting to the Registered Manager, in accordance with established guidelines

The referrals administrator receives, records and processes brokerage and private referrals

Determines availability in conjunction with the area coordinator, requests, receives, records, stores and collates supporting service user documentation

Liaise closely with Brokerage Department and key workers to ensure needs are met in relation to availability of packages

Searching for and/or entering related data into the computerised information system

Responsible for receiving, recording and distribution of all documentation in relation to service users through a central referrals system

Education and Experience:

- accurate keyboard skills and proven ability to enter data at the required speed
- knowledge of correct spelling, grammar and punctuation
- knowledge of clerical and administrative procedures

ESSENTIAL

QUALIFICATIONS & TRAINING
Full induction training is provided

REQUIREMENTS
Proficient in IT systems - Microsoft Office

Accurate keyboard skills and proven ability to enter data at the required speed

Knowledge of correct spelling, grammar and punctuation

Knowledge of clerical and administrative procedures

DESIRABLE:
18 months in a referrals role

IT Qualification

Salary:
£11.00 per hour
