Monday to Friday 9AM - 5PM
Salary - £22,000 - £24,000

As a support administrator, you will be the first point of contact for all customers.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Providing superior customer service, with a focus on new business and processing renewal documentation.
  • Assist with the generation of new business.
  • Liaising with different departments to ensure all deadlines are met timely and effectively.
