About our school:

Main Purpose:

Provide support and supervision for pupils, to encourage their engagement in the learning process and work towards agreed aims and objectives.
Work as part of a team contributing towards meeting the academic, social, behavioural and emotional needs of young people

Personal Attributes:

Experience of working with children and young people
An interest in supporting pupils to overcome barriers to learning
An ability to effectively and positively manage challenging behaviour
Professional interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills
Good general standard of education (GCSE Grade C or 4 or equivalent in English and Maths) and IT proficiency

Starting salary £21,685 per annum dependent on qualifications and experience. This is the actual salary you will receive as you will be paid all year round including the school holidays
